We have been out of town, thus the infrequent posting, but I have pulled a recipe out of our collection that is soooo good! And easy. This comes from a recipe book my mother created for me of all her favorite recipes. It’s an appetizer recipe that we’ve taken to many parties and functions and has been a hit. It calls for three simple ingredients, one of them being bleu cheese, which I am not particularly a fan of, but I love these! Hope you try and enjoy!
Bleu Cheese Bites*
Prep time: 10 min
1 can refrigerator biscuits (non-flaky kind)
1 stick salted butter
4 oz package crumbled bleu cheese
Spray 9X13 glass baking pan and set aside. Melt butter in medium-sized bowl and mix with blue cheese crumbles in bottom of 9X13 pan. Cut biscuits into small pieces (4-6 pieces per biscuit). Spread out small pieces on top of butter/cheese mixture and mix up a little.
Bake mixture according to biscuit package directions or until golden brown on top and bubbly. Serve with toothpicks.
*sorry no picture this time, but yummy and easy recipe!!
